Our Website and Calus App have been created to provide information about our company and services to the visitors and user of services, whether accessible to you via web, mobile App or other platform (our services, together with the Site, are the "Services")

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, the term 'Calus' or 'Us' or 'We' refers to Calus - name of company. The term 'You' refers to the user or viewer of our Website and/or Calus App.

When You use any of the Services provided by Us, including but not limited to, Electrical, Plumbing, Computer Repair, Laundry, Carpentry, AC repair etc, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Terms of Use and shall be considered as part and parcel of these Terms of Use. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use our platforms. You will be required to enter a valid phone number while registering on our Website and Calus. App as a subscriber. By registering your phone number with us, you consent to be contacted by us via phone calls and/or SMS notifications, in case of any subscription/service updates. In addition, if at any time you wish not to receive any future communications or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing lists, please contact us as indicated below. User Information
  1. Calus unique business model provides you [ here forth referred to as the customer] with location based service providers within a short span of time. To facilitate this, you hereby authorize Calus to use the location-based information provided by any of the telecommunication companies when you use the mobile phone to make a booking. The location-based information will be used only to facilitate and improve services for you.

  2. If You use the Website or the App, You agree that information about Your use of the Calus Website and Calus App through Your mobile telecommunication device may be communicated to us, and we may obtain information about Your mobile carrier, Your mobile device, or Your physical location. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all charges and necessary permissions related to accessing the Calus App through Your mobile access provider. Therefore, You should check with your provider to make sure our Website and Calus App are available on your mobile devices.

  3. Calus reserves the right to collect user data including name, contact information and other details to facilitate the Services or use of its Calus App to avail Services.

  4. Compilation of user accounts and user accounts bearing contact number and e-mail addresses are owned by Calus.

  5. In the case where the system is unable to establish unique identity of the user against a valid mobile number or e-mail address, the account shall be indefinitely suspended. Calus reserves the full discretion to suspend a user's account in the above event and does not have the liability to share any account information whatsoever. We may record your telephone calls to our call centers.

Use of Site

If a user has chosen to sign up for the email, the users e-mail address and name will be used for communication purposes between the user and us. We do not sell, lease, or rent this information to third parties.

E-mails will be sent to inform you of updates of our services and may contain offers by our affiliates or us. Each e-mail will include a link to unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time.

The Charges and break up of time for each job is maintained on an Average nature . And the same will change as per the situation. Our service person will inspect the job nature and will ensure the correct time before the start of the work and upon acceptance of the customer the job can be started.

Refunds

In the event that You desire a refund on any amount that has been debited from Your account, please email to support@calusservices.com and make a refund request clearly explaining the circumstances of your refund request.

Where We determine that a refund request is valid, We shall make reasonable efforts to grant the refund request and return the requisite funds to Your Account.

Intellectual Property Protection

The Calus. App and the Website are owned by Calus. Calus is the sole owner of the App, Website and all software created to provide you with the Services. Calus provides you with a single limited license to download use and access the App/Website on Your mobile telephone devices for the limited purpose of using the Services. The license is specifically personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive. All content on the App or the Website, which is including, but not limited to, designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, logos, button icons, software, audio files and any other content (Content) are the exclusive and sole property of Calus. You may not copy, reproduce or use such Content without due attribution of ownership to Calus. All icons and logos are trademarks of and proprietary to Calus. The unauthorized copying, modification, use or publication of these marks is strictly prohibited.

All Content is the exclusive copyright of Calus or its licensors, except the Third Party Content and link to third party website. Systematic retrieval of Calus Content to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory (whether through robots, spiders, automatic devices or manual processes) without written permission from Calus is prohibited. In addition, use of the Content for any purpose not expressly permitted by Calus in this Agreement is prohibited and may invite legal action.

Hyperlinks

Unless expressly authorized by website, no one may hyperlink this site, or portions thereof, (including, but not limited to, logotypes, trademarks, branding or copyrighted material) to theirs for any reason. Further, you are not allowed to reference the url (website address) of this website in any commercial or non-commercial media without express permission, nor are you allowed to frame the site.   8. In the event any spare parts/materials are required to complete a task, you will need to provide such spare parts/materials. You may request Caluss Service Providers to assist you with the same. Please note, in all such circumstances, Calus is not responsible for nor does Calus make any warranties as to the quality or fitness of the spare parts or materials. All issues and concerns with the quality of the spare parts / materials should be with the manufacture or seller.

  9. Calus will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service offered by the Company, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS, IN NO EVENT WILL CALUS OR ITS AFFILIATES' AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE PAYMENTS ACTUALLY RECEIVED AND RETAINED BY CALUS FROM YOU FOR THE PAID SERVICES LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CAUSES OF ACTION BROUGHT BY YOU OR YOUR AGENTS.

Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall Calus be held liable for any damage or loss due to deficiency in performance of the Calus Service resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures.

Customer grievance redressal policy

At Calus we truly believe in providing best in class services to our customers. We aim to understand both our strengths and dissatisfies from our customer's point of view and work across our business units to meet their needs.

Our Grievance Redressal Policy focuses to improve customer satisfaction by collecting feedback from customers across all business units and action plans are put in place to address key issues which are assigned to the relevant Calus members to action.

We have a customer support system that tracks the issues received and allows us to automatically track the ageing of the complaint, which is then systematically reported to our Senior Management periodically. In addition the ageing of all complaints are reported and escalated to the Senior Management via an established process. Our endeavor is to ensure that all customer complaints are resolved within 30 days. The 30 day period will be reckoned after all the necessary information sought from the customer is received.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Governing law and dispute resolution
