All you need to do is download the Calus app from Google Play store and iOS Apps and specify the requirement in the page. it will pick the location and search for service professionals in and around your area. Once found, a professional will be assigned to you. He/she will call and come over at the specified time to assess the work and take it from there.

Absolutely, no doubts about it. We only bring in professionals who have been recommended and certified by experts. We conduct interviews, check referrals, licenses, and do background checks on each and every service provider. Only those professionals who pass the reference check and security process are allowed to work with Calus.

Ideally yes. Only then will the person be able to explain to the professional what needs to be done, where and show them around. We also recommend someone be at home so you see how our service engineers work and clarify any doubts. It also helps if any material needs to be bought, need permission.

We immediately arrange for a replacement and schedule a time convenient to you to do the job. You can track the location of all our service providers using the Calus App on your phone. This would let you know the exact location of the service provider from the customer's home.

We at Calus understand that your time is valuable and are always striving to limit the time spent by service providers at your home. However there are circumstances when things take longer than anticipated, we will make sure the service is completed with least amount of delays.

All supplies will be purchased by the service provider [unless you prefer otherwise] after consulting with you. We would assume basics such as a stool, ladder and waste cloth will be available at your home. As for other material required to complete the job a bill would be provided for all the purchases made by the service provider.

You can place a service request on our app/site without registering with us but we do recommend you register on our website. Need not worry about unnecessary calls or messages from us. We have a strict policy on that and details are listed in our Privacy Policy.

Payment

You can now opt to pay using online payment options including credit card, debit card and netbanking. As always, you could choose to pay us by cash after the service.

Yes you can pay using debit/credit card, netbanking or Paytm as well once the service is completed. In case of any issues, please send an email to support@calusservices.com

Orders

Placing an order on the Calus App is easy and done in a few simple Steps: a) Open the App on your smartphone, select the service you require b) Enter your exact requirement including a time that works for you c) A service provider will be assigned to you based on your location and arrive at your home within the set time to fix the issue. They will call before landing at your doorstep

The most convenient way is to repeat a job from the 'My Orders' screen of our Android app. You could also book it as a new booking from our website.

Make sure you are signed in using the right email Id. Logout and login to try again. Once you are in the app, go to 'all orders' to view your orders, both past and current.

After each service is completed, we request our customers to rate the service across various parameters and rate the overall satisfaction of the service. You can do the same through the app.

Home Cleaning

General cleaning is our express service wherein our professionally trained crew comes to your home and does the entire cleaning in a matter of 2-3 hours. General cleaning focuses on cleaning the dirt, germs, cobwebs & is more of a manual cleaning. We do not use scrubbing machine in this service. Our aim is to make your place more hygienic for your loved ones to live in.

To keep your home clean, we recommend our General cleaning service once every month.

We recommend General cleaning in following cases: 1. To keep your home sanitized & hygienic 2. Before & after hosting a party at your home 3. As a replacement to your daily cleaning needs you can clean it once in a month but thorough cleaning.

Major exclusions are: Mechanized scrubbing of the floors, Sofa shampooing, mattress shampooing, utensils cleaning, washing the clothes, cleaning the interiors of the kitchen appliances, kitchen closets & personal wardrobes, chandeliers & construction debris.

If you inform us about the cancellation 12 hours prior to the scheduled slot, there is not cancellation charge. However, for any cancellation within the last 12 hours, we charge a cancellation fee upto 50% of the job value.

Although our crew is professionally trained, background verified & thoroughly checked, still in case of any damage or theft, Calus is not accountable. Our strong advise to you is to make sure that all your belongings are carefully kept in a secure location. Please make sure that any sensitive material is carefully moved under your supervision only. Also, when our team is leaving your premises, please make sure that you have thoroughly checked the entire home.

No, We don't charge anything for the inspection and most of the times we will start the job along with the inspection, So our service persons can be called only for the immediate start of the work.

Service professionals and Services

It is absolutely safe for you to trust our Service engineers. All of them have gone through a thorough background checked and verified. Hence they are trusted & reliable. We are also constantly in touch with the team during the course of service.

We operate between 7AM to 10 PM, 365 days in a year

We are working on it, we will soon be operational on early morning and late evening services

We offer a 7 day warranty from the date of invoice on all repairs which occurred only by workman ship but not on manufacturing defects ,You need not pay Labour charges in case of a rework within that 7 day period. However, if any spare part/material is needed for rework, the cost would have to be borne by you.

The rates mentioned for Plumbing, Electrical & Carpentry are only for the Labour Charges. They do not include the cost of materials. Our Service Providers will tell you what materials (spare parts) are needed. You can either buy the materials yourself, or our Service Provider will buy the same for you and provide bill for the same.

Warranty and guarantee that comes with the material is what is offered, nothing beyond that. However, Calus is not responsible for the quality of the spare parts; it lies on the manufacturer/seller of the same. The Service Provider submits the original copy of the bill to you at all times. In case they fail to do so, ask for it.

We do have hourly or day-wise rates. Our rates are dependent on the workmanship/skillset required and time needed to complete the work. However, the rates may not always be directly proportional to the time spent on the work.

You can rely on us to provide the best quote possible. Every single quote submitted to the customers are diligently checked and verified by our Operation Managers. However, if you still feel that the quote is not what you thought it would be, you are free to call us for clarification or get a second quote from others.

Our Service Providers will tell you what materials (spare parts) are needed. You can either buy the materials yourself, or our Service Provider will buy the same for you and provide bill for the same.

Air Conditioner Service

No, we don't use any chemical in wet service for the Air conditioning service

We clean the AC machine in water and necessary solvents if required

We clean the AC machine by brush and cloth and do the dusting work

We don't have any hidden charges and we charge for the services plus the service tax for the service charge

Yaa, you can revise or modify the booking immediately after the existing booking and should not do after the Service person starting to your place

We accept Cash, Credit card , Debit card and Net Banking

We are providing an independent service with out any manufacturer warranty tie ' up , so you can take our service for the product on warranty period also

Yaa, we provide the services also on weekends.
